A Disabled Passenger Lift (DPL) is available for passengers unable to walk up and down the aircraft stairs on SAAB 340B services. Arrange in advance with Link Airways.

Walking aids welcome
Walking sticks, crutches, prosthetic devices and collapsible frames may be used through to boarding and will be stowed by crew. Some wheelchairs can be accommodated — confirm with Link Airways.
Parking
Accessible parking
Accessible parking bays are available immediately adjacent to the terminal entrance — the shortest possible distance from car to check-in counter. Free, no time limit.
Service animals
Permitted on board
Trained service animals assisting passengers with vision, hearing or mobility impairments are permitted in the cabin. Notify Link Airways at the time of booking with registration documentation.
